Thank you for choosing my website for your art purchases. We want to inform you that for destinations outside of the Philippines, there will be a processing time of 10 to 30 working days before your painting or artwork is shipped.
This delay is due to the new regulations set by the National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA), which require us to obtain a Permit to Export for each artwork. Additionally, artworks containing wood or toxic materials necessitate a Sanitary permit, which takes approximately 10 days for approval.
Once all permits are secured, we meticulously craft a wood crate for the safe packaging of your artwork, which typically takes one week.
Please note that the shipping fee will be calculated upon handing over the artwork to our shipping courier partner. We will promptly inform you of the shipping fee, including any applicable sales tax, prior to shipping your artwork.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure the safe and compliant delivery of your cherished artwork.
For local shipments within the Philippines, please expect a delivery time of 7 to 21 days depending on the location of the drop-off.
